hi THE Umamani Home creation is a Fraud Company the collect money from people with out interest showing land an d returned money when forced without giving interest to customer .the Chikun gardern is started about 21/2 yr old scheme still this is a paddy land
they have a strange practice to sell the plot in outright at higher price than in the booked plot .this means they booked the plot to collect the money not...

I paid One lakh (Rs100,000/-) against HDFC Bank chq No xxxxxxx Nov 2010 to UMAMANI money receipt no xxx . and There is sale agreement between UHCPL and my self and fraud company committed to provide land area of 4000SQFT before March 2011still they are failed to provide me the land nor my ONE LAKH RUPEES .Mr. N.C.NAYAK -M.D is building team of cheaters...

I booked 2 plots in their CHIKUN GARDEN project in July 2009 by giving Rs200000/-, waited till July 2011 but they have nt agreed for registration (sale-deed), just keep on lingering the process. However I asked for refund and they agreed on 5th Aug 2011 and asked me to come to their office on 29th Aug to collect the cheque.
