[Resolved] Unicon — salary

Dear sir/mam, My name is vinay mishra.As per the rule of performance driven salary structure new joinee would be paid tctc(total ctc) during initial two months in the organization after which they would be paid fctc and vctc on the basis of following performance but my joining date is from 1st sep2008 and i receive the salary of oct month 48% of my tctc, and for the month of nov i didn't receive my salary.. what should i do now???? To most useless company i have seen in my whole life.The Hr department is pathetic and the person heading that department is worse.
