[Resolved] Unicon India — Cheating | |||
I have Purchase a Flat through UNICON in Supertech ECO Village I E-4 004 on the rate of 1900/- all inclusive(PLC) but when went to Supertech office for collecting the Allotment Letter they give me Rate of 1925per SQFT, the difference amount is 25/- per Sqft and UNICON (VISHAL AROA) promise to Issue a Credit Note for Rs. 39875 @ the rate of 25 per SQFT. We have follow up with UNICON from 14 Sep 2010 and no one revert on mail or give proper response. I have mail to [protected]@uniconindia.in; [protected]@uniconindia.in; [protected]@uniconindia.in; [protected]@uniconindia.in all related groups and person but I have not received a single revert. Unicon is a company of fraud and cheaters. A Unicon Real Estate Assistant Manager - Mr. Nitin Gupta promised me a credit note at the time of the booking in a project in Noida.
Later he refused to honour the commitment and threatened me with dire consequences.
I complained to everyone from Jayant Sanwal who is Asst Vice President at Unicon Investment Solutions, Jatin Khanna, who is Senior Manager at Unicon, and Gurpreet Kaur who is Senior Manager and looks after customer grieviences, but they took no action and ignored my complaints and did not refund my dues
I have got the formal credit note from Unicon.But Shyam Goswami, from the Accounts department who was supposed to make the payment does not answer my calls and instead disconnects the phone
My repeated complaints on various consumer forums have proved futile. Now I am approaching the print and electronic media and the government agencies.
So beware of a shameless company like Unicon- which works on the basis of deceit and threats and loot the hard earned money of innocent citizens.

I can see this generic statement from Unicon in all of the post :-)
I believe they have set this as an Out Of Office mail, because i can see any mail from them except this one.

i too booked a flat through unicon in paramount . my expereince with them was terrifying . after the booking amount was paid they stopped taking my calls .
