[Resolved]  Unicon India — Non payment of credit notes

unicon india — Not issuing Release Letter

Sir,
I was an employee o[censored]nicon Securities Ltd, in commodity (As Sales Manager East) in kolkata Stephen house Branch.I worked for 3(Three) Months, but didnt recived any single paisa in my salary account so i resigned and requested for my release letter but still from 1month i am not getting any reply from Senior/ HR .

unicon india — No refund of my money

I have given Rs.1000 cheque to open a Share Trading account with Unicon India in January 2009.

They rejected welcome kit on 9th Feb,
So my Rs.1000 should be automatically refunded back to me.
As Rs. 1000 was Not account opening fee, but it was to be deposited in new my share trading account for trading.

But inspite of lots of follow-ups, they give me troubles again and again to send them different docuements each time.

I have also send them scanned copy of cheque, which was self explanatory, that amount was transferred from my account to unicon.

But now again they are demanding some other docs from my banks. I don't know, why they are asking different document each time, and giving me trouble to arrange that.

Its already 11 months, but Unicon is not willing to give back my money.

Please help me in this

I am a customer and I too got similiar treatment from one Mr Nitin Gupta who is Assistant Sales Manager – Channel Sales at Unicon Real Estate.
He was very polite and appeared genuine before I booked in Noida. But after that all of a sudden he completely changed his personality and became aggressive, harsh, derogatory and threatened me with "illegal acts".He repeatedly challenged me to send him a legal notice, said "It is everyday work for me. My company will handle it."

I had complained to Unicon, but they are indifferent.

They have made me suffer a loss of Rs 1 lac ( The promised credit amount) and acute harassment.

i am suffering from same situation.

this is totally wast of time, if you get some solution to deal with unicon let me know. there is nobody to attend us there and receive our calls.

I can see this generic statement from Unicon in all of the post :-)

I believe they have set this as an Out Of Office mail, because i can see any mail from them except this one.

I am also one of sufferers from this brokers
