I am working in Dehradun branch as an equity advisor from 19 April 2011. As I have not achieved my sales target in the month of June2011, so my salary of June 2011 month has been put on hold with out intimating me.
However I have achieved my brokerage target of the month of July 2011. Now I have given resignation on 16/07/2011 due to some personal reasons.
My branch manager has said that my salary of June month will be credited after 15 July 2011. But uptill now I have not received my salary.
So my question is that when I will get salary of June 2011 as my supervisor is unable to provide any reasons?
I am new in sales field so thats why I am not able to achieve my target. But instead of motivating me my salary has been hold.
Also i was not informed that my salary has been put on hold. I was informed on 7th or 8th of July by my branch manager that my salary has been hold.
Also this is the reason I have resigned from this company. This is a mentally harresment which I am not able to handle. I think the role of management is to motivate the employees not to hold salary.

I just want to know that why my June month salary has been put on hold. Why company has not given any thing in written regarding holding of salary. Also my personal e-mail id [protected]@yahoo.com has been blocked and I am not able to send you any mails from my personal e-mail id. Also my branch manager and vice president are unable to provide me any status. They are diverting me to HR officials. And when I tried to ask from HR officials they are diverting me to my reporting branch manager and vice president. I want following things from you:
1) HR policy regarding to salary.
2) My status of June salary
As I am planning to approach Labour court so I need a copy of HR policy to discuss with lawyer.
