[Resolved]  Unicon Investments — Fraud in Trading by the agent

The below detail was forweded by me to the company but der is no positive reply from them.

so now am sending you the matter an please guide me in which way you can help us.

I,
Hansraj khanna from Ahmedabad, my acc no is MN5, i had already informed you that
your agent Taranjeet Singh has faced a great loss of Rs:7100/-by investing in Intraday
that to without informing us so we requested you to take some serious action against
him but till today you have not taken any action against him, nor you have taken any
interest in our matter.this shows that you and your company encourage the agent to play
on customer's money and make them face loss.If it's not so then why aren't you taking
any action against your agent as per the rule you should have FIRED him, but till today
he is working in your company.If you don't want to fire him then you have to pay the loss
from company's side or by deducting the loss from Taranjeet singh's payment.Do take
some serious action otherwise we would have to take action against both of you.It
would be better for you to solve the problem at our level.

The above pera was forward by me on 20th of april this year and till today you have not taken any action.

Today when I talked to miss Amarjyot kaur she guided me to again send a mail so here i m sending u the mail so give some interest in this matter, she also told me that you have opened my Demate acc in Globel capitalmarket and your company handel all the matter, in such case you have opened my demate account in your company.And so in that case if your person Taranjeet singh who is appointed by your company has faced a loss to us without aur knowledge, becomes your responsibility.so know i request you to take some action against him, and repay our loss which is round about Rs;-7100/- either deducting from his insentives, or from company fund other wise my advocate will send you an official letter and then you have to ans to him. so take some action dont jst take it lightly.

I would like to clarify you that i m a govt servent and the money which i have loss because of your agent was not of black, it was a money which i earned after a lott of hard work, so i am not going to leave you nor to your agent.so find out where your agent had made a mistake and try to solve the problem.

I would be please by you if you take some serious action in this matter and tyr to solve at our level.If any time you wann to contact me my no are here by.

Unicon Investments — False Promises and misuse of my money for 2 months

I purchased a flat in Supertech Eco village-! through Kapil Yadav on 18/03/2010 vide form no-5757 and cheque no. 133658 of axis bank ltd which is clear from my bank.At the time of filling up the form Kapil Yadav and Avnish Kumar promised that i would get that flat of my choice/preference i.e 5th -7th floor and it is also mentioned on the form of which i have the photocopy duly received from the supertech as well as the Unicon.Few days after the chq got cleared when i requested for the allotment status it was being told to me by Kapil and Gurpreet that my flat no is 705 and tower is U3.i was in regular touch with Kapil and Gurpreet for the receipt and used to call both many times a day and was being assured from her that she would courier the receipt as soon as possible.Today i came to know that i do not have any booking from supertech in eco village -1 and my money is lying with them without any interest.
Now, supertech employee Mr. Himanshu insisted me to take the flat in Eco village -2 which i am not interested or he asked me to opt for some other area or floor wich is agian i am not interested.this is an instance of fraud that unicon and supertech has done with me i.e false and misleading communication from such a higher authority and using my money for two months.
today i went to Corenthum where supertech office is located and i met Gurpreet,Meenakshi (does not pick the phone) and Himanshu (Supertech) and i have appiled for withdrawl (not cancellation) of my booking at the earliest without deducting any money and that too with 18% interest.
Sir i request you people please don't fool the public like this because in the longer term his will have negative impact on the organisation and will destroy the brand that unicon has built overtime.
In this case both unicon and supertech were joint and both used my money and fooled us.
I would again request you people to take strict action against these guys who are making fool of general public.
On my side i would take this matter to the consumer court at the earliest but not before your kind reply.

Unicon Investments — UNICON cheats their employees

UNICON cheats their employees. I serve UNICON 2 years in sector 62 Noida. When I quit the job I intimate them before 1 month and after proper resigning I served 1 month notice period too. But still after 1.5 years, I didn’t get my final amount also pay of last month.
