Unicon — Credit Note | |||
Dear Sir I have purchased a flat(Tower C9 208) in Supertech Eco village II in Noida Exten. through Unicon in May 2010. At the time of booking Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Negi (Unicon Execuite Mobile [protected]) had promised me that he will give a discount of 2. % in form of credit note. Till date he has not given me any credit note or cheque from the unicon yet. I have called him many times but he is not picking my calls. Unicon is a reputed company and this can not be expected by UNICON.This type of people just ruining the image o[censored]NICON for money. My friend was booking a flat in Panchsheel-2 but I told this case and he has moved to Investor clinic. I would like to request you to look into the matter and punish such type of Executive . Unicon is a company of fraud and cheaters. A Unicon Real Estate Assistant Manager - Mr. Nitin Gupta promised me a credit note at the time of the booking in a project in Noida.
Later he refused to honour the commitment and threatened me with dire consequences.
I complained to everyone from Jayant Sanwal who is Asst Vice President at Unicon Investment Solutions, Jatin Khanna, who is Senior Manager at Unicon, and Gurpreet Kaur who is Senior Manager and looks after customer grieviences, but they took no action and ignored my complaints and did not refund my dues
I have got the formal credit note from Unicon.But Shyam Goswami, from the Accounts department who was supposed to make the payment does not answer my calls and instead disconnects the phone
My repeated complaints on various consumer forums have proved futile. Now I am approaching the print and electronic media and the government agencies.
So beware of a shameless company like Unicon- which works on the basis of deceit and threats and loot the hard earned money of innocent citizens.

Unicon — Excess Fare Meter
From Motinagar to AIIMS the fare according to the meter was Rs 90. So clear case of cheating due to some alteration with the meter.
