[Resolved] Uninor Mobile Service — barred outgoing call illegally | |||
i have purchased a uninor sim on 18th august 2010 and submitted all documents ie copy of voter i card and driver licence. the no is.[protected] name : laxmi kanta mishra. on 16th sept 2010 i have received a message that my documents are rejected. i have contacted with customer care and asked the ground of rejection. but nobody replied. on my 4th try they told to contact the local center. i went to there and the person misbehaved me. again i call the customer care and they told me that documents reached and there is no problem. but to my surprise on 18th sept 2010 they barred outgoing calls. ihave contacted with the costomer care executive and he told me to sort out the problem and call back me. but till today 19th sept 2010 my problem is not sorted out. sir, uninor is charging for the service we dont subscribe for ...last month they dedusted 30 ruppees from my number [protected] and afetr arguin with there zonal officer i got refund and that time service was deactivated...and again after 15days they have again charged 30 ruppees and i got message today that your service has been renewed ...when service was deactivated 15 days back how they can renew now they are not ready to refund and they say do whatever you can do we will not refund you....sir they are doing cheating with people these company should be ban ............Uninor Mobile Service — Regarding incorrect deduction amount

I boarded on train on 17th July and reached Delhi Today i.e. on 18th July evening. So, kindly return my wrongly deducted mobile balance amount.
