[Resolved]  Uninor — sim not activated

MY SIM HAS BEEN NOT ACTIVATED SINCE ONE DAY.AFTER CONFORMATION OF MY IDENTITY THEY SAID IT WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 2 HOURS.

PLEASE ACTIVATE IT IMMEDIATELY

I bought Uninor sim having no[protected] on 04.07.2013.after conformation of my ID the service provider said that sim will be activated within 2 hours.but it has been not activated till date.please activate it on urgent priority.

i Satheeshraju.D resident of Kodur, Kadapa district took a new uninor sim connection after submitting all the proofs and photo, My sim no is [protected], I was told that it gets activated in a day or two but it is not for past one week, I took the sim on 4th september, 2013 but no action on it till today.

Please look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest.

My uninor number is [protected],
your coustmer care employee have verified my name and address and told me that after 2 hrs
call 123 and choose the desire langauage and your account will be active on 5days back.
From that onwards till today i am calling 123, the recorded response
coming to me that your prepaid number is not active.
After that I again call on [protected] and 198 but the recorded response
coming to me that your prepaid number is not active.

Is this was the way you provide service to your customer..

kindly asking slove my problem as early as possible

unionor customer service is worest than other communications.they are talking rudely with customers and sim is not activated in the time 7 days.so please dont go for that.

my sim is not activated till now and after calling 59059 my verification was succesfully completed they told hat my sim gonna activate in 2 hours but still its not activated so plz help me .My n.o is +91 [protected]

my sim number is [protected].I purchased it on 22. may . 2014. That night I called 999, they verify my name and address and told me that after 1 hour call 123 for language selection. 10 hours passed, I mam continuously calling 123 but it is answering that this facility is not activated.I request you to kindly activate my sim as it is very urgent.

Dear sir/madam, I did tele verification yesterday, and they told me to wait two hrs and call 123 for full activation. I followed the instruction, still my SIM not activated. I paid 600 RS for 3 months package. My uninor number is [protected]. Can u pl look into this issue as soon as possible.. Pl call me at [protected] for any questions ( luckily this is airtel and activated in 2 hrs as they promised). Yesterday night have called at 999 and provided details as mentioned in aadhar card but then also my no is inacive also the person was spoken very arogantly.
