my name is Sunil Kumar and and i was trying to re-charge my Trump(MTNL) pre-paid mobile from unipay counter Machine installed at Metro Station of Kendriya Terminal on 4-8-2011 at 6.30 PM, its received my payment of Rs.100/- but not asked for mobil number to charge. I stand there for waiting the response of machine. but machine has not respond to it. I immediately contacted UniPay helpline No.[protected]. Representative has promised me to resolved my problem and will contact me but so far no response has been received from the Unipay. Please let me know the further course of action to recover my money from unipay.
