unipay2u marketing private limited — Undertaken to remunerate but failed

I with my some associate friends invested Rs.1500000.00 above on and from November,2010 to February,2011in the Unipay2u Marketing Private Limited for purchase of non retention gold bonanza. The company undertake to remunerate a total of 23% rebate (including principal amount) per month of the total purchase price of purchased gold to the purchaser for ten months commencing from the start date and ending ten months from the start date.

But the Company's Authority circulated an apology letter through their website and said that they have paid us all on time or before time, also wanted some time.
Still now we could not get our principal amount and rebate also.
