[Resolved]  Unitech Horizon — Delay by over 5 years

I had booked an apartment (No 801, Tower 14) in Unitech Horizon, Greater Noida, in 2006 by making 100% payment and the possession was to be given in two years as per the agreement. Now it has been 5 years but the possession has still not been given. I visited the site recently and was shocked to know that towers that had been started after mine are completed and possession has been given but my tower is nowhere near completion. I was even more shocked to see that one apartment on the same floor as mine has been given possession and is inhabited but my apartment is still incomplete. Worse there was no evidence of any work going on.
This is very disappointing and I feel cheated. I had reposed my trust in Unitech beacuse I felt that it was a reputed company but now I know better.
