[Resolved]  Unitech Horizon — Harrassment of Residents on Maintenance Charges

I had taken possession of my flat (Customer Code UZ0504) in Unitech Horizon, Greater Noida on 23rd Oct 2010. However, Unitech charged me the advance society maintenance charges from 1st Oct 2010 to 15th Dec 2011.

Despite repeated reminders, they are not willingly to refund back the surplus maintenance charges taken from 1st Oct to 22nd Oct 2010.
