[Resolved] UNITECH UNIHOMES CHENNAI — NON-REFUND OF MONEY | |||
We had send Regd. Letters in Nov.2010 for refund of full amount. UNITECH has sent a letter on 25th Jan. 2010 threatening to forefeit our hard-earned money of Rs.1.50 Lac. The letter does not contain the name of the staff who has signed the letter. The letter is silent about the valid legal documents we asked for. God only knows when they construct the house
In chennai they contruct the house very very slowly
I've booked a 2BHK in Unihomes Phase 1 and a 3 BHK in Unihomes Phase 2. When enquired about progress updates (I noticed they don't have progress updates for my towers in their website !!!) I was told that my tower in Phase 1 will not be completed before June 2013 and my tower in Phase 2 will not be completed before March 2013. This is the status as of my enquiry on Feb 8 2012.
Customers who are wondering about completion status updates, please don't be misguided by blanket updates to phases. Ask specifically when your tower will be completed to know the exact update. Employees at Unitech office are either misinformed or are misguiding customers about estimated dates / status updates. In anyways, they have safely mentioned in their agreement that they will take 36 months to complete the project.

dear customers the registration of palm villas are going to be started by march 2012 and Unihomes also by march 2012, handing over of villas and uni homes first phase will be as per schedule, unitech is a famous builder they dont sacrifice in their quality the customers can see the model villa, model flat in unihomes and model flat in gardens, they construct as per the approved plans on alteration to the approved plan is entertained by unitech, apart from this the customer relation senario has been completly changed, people respond to customers calls and address their greviences.
WHY 36 MONTHS ALL CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING AFTER PAY THE FULLL AMOUNT? ANYBODY CAN EXPLAIN.

I called up Unitech customer care today and was told that Phase 1 registration will begin in September 2012 and phase 2 registration will begin in May 2013. When I asked for the reason for the delay, I received a rough response from the representative who told me to refer to my agreement and it is clearly mentioned that Unitech will hand over the property within 36 months from agreement date. I hope the delay is not due to the 2G scam that Unitech is involved with. Their customer care executives really need to learn to be more polite to customers.

lot of things stated by the customers are not true to a larger extent..i booked uh2 in oct 2011 and before booking i read all the comments and i even had a second thoughts but unitech sales staff committed that by the time my 2nd installment payment will be due the HDFC will be available..the same thing happened..i didn't face any problem..after that also i have been getting good reponse from their staff..and construction is also moving properly..as far as 36 months possession is concerned..i came to understand that most of the projects are getting delayed across india..we can ourselve see in OMR..last 5-6 yrs construction is happening in all the projects.

palm - villa — pal builder - not refunding
i have Booked a Villa in Fardibad in Year 2007, pails rs. 8.5 lakh in two installment .in 2010, i have filed a case a consumer court and won th case . till date we are are refunding our money.plz advice us what to do ?????/
