I procured a T-shirt on 17th of July at a benetton store in durgapur. Later I realised that the other one was better. On 18th I went to the store and asked me to replace the T-shirt but they flatly refused citing software reasons. But my retail invoice clearly mentions that goods will be exchanged within 15 days. They have no right to refuse me. Also I offered to pay them the difference money. The garment was not even used and the salesmen admitted that. The stock no is [protected].
