[Resolved]  United Colors Of Benetton — T-shirt colour bleed

I had bought two T-shirts a couple of months ago. Today I took them out for the first time and rinsed them. The blue colour in the collar of both T-shirts bled so badly, there are blotches of blue on the body. The T-shirts -- one was yellow and the other red -- are not wearable. I have the tags: the numbers are 16A3089C0065I-M and 16A3089C0065I -M. These were bought in Kolkata. I can't take them back to the store where I bought them because the mall (South City mall) is closed for renovation. I need either a refund or a replacement, but obviously with colours that will not bleed. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com.
