Dear sir/madam,
i undersigned MR.NOOR HASAN MUSHTAQUE CHOGLE, i had passed b.com in October 2008 from vasantrao naik college. Mhasla, branch under mumbai university. My complaint is as; i didnt received my b.com degree till now, i had paid rs 500 towards issuing b.com degree at my postal address. I have receipt of amount made for issuing degree, my seat no.[protected] kindly do the needfull action and send me b.com degree at my postal address:
