I have also received a similar offer of employment. In fact this is the third incidence of a fake offer from the UK. The two others were Bupa Cromwell Hospital London and Murray Royal Hospital Scotland. It appears that there is a systemic racket going on. They wanted money upfront for some form of verification.The telephone numbers, though listed to be UK numbers, can only be dialled by a regular phone, but not by Skype. They appear to be remotely located internet phone numbers with UK numbers upfront.

Is there some international watchdog agency which can trace these internet phone numbers and where these complaints can be lodged? This appears to be the only method of tracing these crooks.

I also have received a similar mail regarding an appointment in UTHL from [protected]@uthl.org before 2 days back and i revert with scan copies. Still i got a mail to forward health insurance certificate, but address and pincode of british high commission is different.

Mail content - "We are in receipt of your email and the information therein fully noted,
Note that we have deposed your information to the UK HOME OFFICE for the immediate processing, procurement and acquisition of your necessary work permits clearance papers, Immigration traveling documents.
Be notified that the Immigration UK HOME OFFICE has approved our application for emergency procession of your papers and they have requested for your Health Insurance Certificate approved and endorsed by the BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION UK.
Please be advice to forward to us immediately via email your Health Insurance certificate approved and endorsed by the BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION UK as requested by the Immigration UK HOME OFFICE, so that we can send the same to them to enable them complete your traveling papers procession Asap.
