Unnati Exports Refuse to Refund My Money
On 14th May, I transfered money to Unnati Exports to purchase sarees (according to an agreeable Sales Order). With my continuous followups, finally I received only partial shipment, after over a month. Along the way, many excuses was given and they are all false (including the ship date & tracking number).
They promised to refund my money as long as I provide an Indian account number (claiming India government's restriction to send money to foreign account - I am a Malaysian. This is his exact reasoning (from their email to me):
"Bank- yes we can send money to overseas but your shipment is not commercial- we have sent via courier... so I have no reason that I can tell to Bank sending money to you."
I manage to get an Indian account to get my money back. But now, they are not replying any of my emails. They even blocked me from accessing their Picasa Web. I just noticed on youtube a complain written a month ago that they are fraud company.
Please help me to get my money back. Is that true India do not allow a foreigner to receive refund (money which is lawfuly mine) to my Malaysian account? I am also holding IndiaMart responsible for my lost because they gave TrustSeal to Unnati Exports which lead me to trust Unnati Exports (CEO - Monika Jindal & partnered with Rajeev Jindal).
Please help me to get my money back.
