I would like to bring in your notice towards a serious problum with a farmer of india sigining by Harrasment o[censored] P State Electricity board. We got a Tubewell connection about 40 year back in the name of Late Shri Lal Singh & Shri Ved Singh, Village & Post Barwala, Tahsil Baraut, Distt. Bagpat (U.P.) The line provided by Electricity Department of 440 volt about more them 1, 100 meter, which is not technical fit in technical standard. With in the 40 year no upgradation in line wire and transformer. The Department has sanction more the line /transformer capacity load without inspection /observation. They just senctioning load by sitting in office without going through any technical norms. I am talking about our Engineers, who run our Electrical Energy, Which is very important issue of our Country.In fact just we had nuclear aggrement for Electricity requirement.
Now last 4-5 year we get a supply voltage[protected] instead of[protected] voltage.Our tubewell is not working due to very less voltage.We wrote many latter to the department, even recived by hand. But no action has been taken yet. The condition is as it is.
I may not be the only one farmer in this country.There are others also facing the same problum.
We have visited many times to our area Lok Adalad for this problum. But no one here to listen.
Now we do not understand what we do with this problum.

This is in reference to getting electricity pole installed in Malviya Nagar, regarding the same i will like to tell that i am a resident of 301, Malviya Nagar, Allahabad-211003.
Their is an electricity angle with high tension wire installed, nearby to above mentioned address, it's a place from where on average 1000 of people move everyday, that angle is some 50 years old and could lead for any major accident anyday.
Cansome one please pass this message to electricity department for installation of a pole, instead of angle to avoid any major accident, which seems to be most likely.

The government wants people to use this tool to
highlight the problems they faced while dealing with
Government officials or departments like Passport
Office, Electricity board, BSNL/MTNL, Railways etc
etc.
I know many people will say that these things dont
work in India, but this actually works as one of our
colleague in CSC found. The guy i'm talking about
lives in Faridabad. Couple of months back, the
Faridabad Municipal corporation laid new roads in his
area and the residents were very happy about it. But 2
weeks later, BSNL dugged up the newly laid roads to
install new cables which annoyed all the residents
including this guy. But it was only this guy who used
the above listed grievance forum to highlight his
concern. And to his surprise, BSNL and Municipal
corporation of faridabad was served a showcause notice
and the guy recieved a copy of the notice in one week.
Government has asked the MC and BSNL about the goo[censored]p
as its clear that both the governent departments were
not in sync at all.
So use this grievance forum and educate others who
dont know about this facility. This way we can atleast
raise our concerns instead of just talking about the
'System' in India.

UPSEB — 10 Hours Power Cut
10 hour power cut in Eastern up cities (Khalilabad, Gorakhpur, Basti).Better to privatise the electricity department so that we get electricity 24 hours. Sarkari babus content with their salary and fat bonuses while public is made to suffer.
Netas and Babus enjoying life king size on the public money and public is being treated this way where basic amenities of life are not available to them. Shame on this freedom, democracy and what not all we have to hear from crap political parties.

DEAR SIR I AM ASSOCIATED WITH THE CITY OF GHAZIABAD FROM YEAR 1972.THE CITY HAS SEEN A LOT OF GOOD AS WELL AS BAD PHASES BUT ONE THING WHICH NEVER CHANGED IS THE POWER CUT.WHEN I WAS JUST 4 YEARS OLD IT WOULD GET MAYBE A SUPPLY OF 10-12 HRS AND TO MY DISBELIEF IT IS NOT MORE THAN 10HRS EVEN TODAY!TO ADD TO THE MISERIES OF PEOPLE OF THIS CITY WE HAVE INVERTORS -ONLYIF THEY HAVE ENOUGH CHARGING TIME.NEXT COMES THE MORE RICH PEOPLE WHO CAN AFFORD TO HAVE A GENERATOR RUN ON FUEL!IN TODAYS SPEED OF DEVELOPMENT AND AUTOMATION IT IS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND WHY THIS CITY IS BEING NOT GIVEN ENOUGH OF ANYTHING.GOVERNMENT MUST DRAW MORE SOURCES TO ACTUAL UPLIFTMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE OF SUCH PLACES-WHICH WAS AT ONE TIME THE INDUSTRIAL TOWN OF INDIA. UPSEB — voltage fluctuation
dear sir,i stay in gorakhpur (UP) near MM engineering college. i m a government employee and presently posted in Goa. i normally come to my native place twice a year. the quality of electricity provided by UPSEB is very pathetic. the voltage flutuation in this area covering nearly 300 houses is beyond permissible limits(170V-210(max)). this abrupt fluctuation occurs every 10 minutes. This leads to damage of electronic items and voltage sensitive equipment.

I am a resident of Dildarnagar Town Dist- Ghazipur (UP)-232326. In my area around the Power House office the transformer was short circuited on 30.06.2010. Since then several complaints were lodged to the concerned authority but of no use. While collecting electricity bill the department were very particular but for providing basic needs they was out their hands.
I request your good office to look into the matter at the earliest so that we will be able to avail the electricity during this peek summer season.

I want to bring your kind attention towards one serious problem.
This is ragarding Electricity theft at Village Singawar, Tehsil Dhaurahra, Block Isanagar under Dist. Lakhimpur-Kheri under U.P. Mandhayanchal Power Corporation U.P. Although there is powerline & Pillars in village there is no electrical connection as lineman from department side has given number o[censored]nauthorised connection & collecting unauthorised revenue much below from Govt. fixed. When I applied through proper channel, I have not been given authorised connection even after one month. No action is being taken by authorites and legel connectionlholder like me is suffering. Although theft has been informed to one of Engineer but no action has been taken even after 2 months. Lineman with the convenience o[censored]nauthorised villagers have laid complete new line after earthing so that more unauthorised person can take connections. No action has been taken by UP Mandhayanchal Distribution Board at Lakhimpur-Kheri/ Dhaurahra/ Isanagar/SINGAWAR to provide services to authorised consumer.
