[Resolved]  Usha Brita — Servicing of the product

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had purchased a Usha Brita water filter at Lucknow in 2005, after which every year I was approached by the company for acquiring AMC which I regularly did, Now that I have shifted to Andhra Pradesh, I am unable to find a service center for this product, as when i approached the Usha World they gave me the contact nos. & address of their service center, but when I approached them they outrightly refused of servicing the product & they said the same is available only with the Distributors, & the nos. and address of which was not available with them.

May I kindly request you to make available the contact Nos. & Address of their service center in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, where I can get the same serviced at the earliest.
