[Resolved]  Usha Brita — complaint against Dream Entp.

I have bought a Water Purifier from Usha Brita in 2004. Since today, it has never given us any problems so we never thought of any kind of AMC service for it. Now, the inlet pipe has broken a few days back due to some reason. When i spoke to their Kolkata North distributor M/s. Dream Entp. about this on last Thursday, they told me that since they do not have any pipe in their stock, it will take 2 days to deliver the same at my residence and also told that their person will do all the needful and we do not have to do anything except to pay them the price of the pipe. In addition to that, they were insisting for the AMC with them. As i did not accept this, they said that they will contact me leter (they took my mobile no, residence no, address everything but never bothered to contact me). Now, after 5 days when i spoke to them, they say, as i won't do the AMC with them, i have to take the delivery of the pipe from their shop and have to do the everything on my own. Just writing you in want of justice. You people think over it and decide. The phone no and address of Dream Entp is as follows:
