Usha Brita Water Purifier — Worst Service

I purchased a new Usha Brita Water Purifier. I had some issues with the tap of the purifier. I did call their customer service in Delhi. They have given 6 months warranty on their product. After, I called them they promised me to send a technician within 48 hours.

Still no response from the technician after 10 days... this is the worst service.

Avoid purchasing goods marketted and manufactured by USHA.

MY WATER PURIFIER HAS A NEED OF MAINTENANCE. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO FIND OUT
THE SERVICE CENTRE IN OUR CITY GURGAON.
i dont know from where u get that products o[censored]sha brita.i will solve ur problem coz i m the distributor o[censored]sha brita.the original products o[censored]sha u can get through the distributor only.

ushabrita — Third class product and third class service.

Hi,
I brought a USHA BRITA RO watchr purifer .One "Praveen Kumar" had approched me for buying this product.This guy,after making a couple of attempts,was able to persuade me to buy the water purifier.As per the contract,I have a waraanty of one year along with service.After one and a half month,the membrane of the RO choked out.The rate of purification dropped to a dismal value.I have called this guy many times but he did not turn up.The service guy "Sabal" also did not respond to my calls.
I am a victim and I suggest all the RO buyers not to buy it from USHA Brita.

I had brought USHA BRITA RO water purifier.In only a couple of months ,the membrane choked and the purification stopped.The customer care do not care about the complaints.No body turned up for the repair.
Pathetic product sold by thieves
