I had purchased a set o[censored]SHA BRITA Water purified Cartridge from a Jayanagar Approved Dealer , but the said cartridge got blocked within a mont ( Much before the Gurranted Time), so complained through this site and wrote to their site, one person from the Bangalore Office vistited and seen the product - agreed that the product is 'faulty" and will be given replacement, but never came up with the replacement supply when called...

Non availability of cartilage in Bhopal

I have a USHA Brita Water filter, since last four month I am in search of the refill filter cartledge in Bhopal MArket and failed to get it, Has the company stop manufacturing the filter?, if the production is on, then please let me know ,from where I could purchage the refill cartledge.

avoid complaint call

I was purchase a usha brita water purifier 17 liters non electric on 20th june 2010 from vishal megamart najafgarh. After some time the tap of purifier broken. I makes many complaint call to customer care o[censored]sha brita likely four and five times. One and half months passed but still there is no one come for change broken tap from usha brita side. I have usha brita warranty card for one year.

Please take necessary action against...

my amc has been expired. contact no given by lucknow franchisee is not responding.kindly send your service person to renew amc...

Not attending the complaint

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a customer o[censored]sha Brita water purifier since a long time & I have the annuan maintanance aggrement with the company till December'2009. I am getting the error in the display is :CHANGE CARTIGE" . I have already complaint the same in the local contact no[protected] to Ms. Gopa. and following up the same since last 15 days but no one is visited in my address.

Worst Service

I purchased a new Usha Brita Water Purifier. I had some issues with the tap of the purifier. I did call their customer service in Delhi. They have given 6 months warranty on their product. After, I called them they promised me to send a technician within 48 hours.

Still no response from the technician after 10 days... this is the worst service.

Avoid purchasing goods marketted and manufactured by USHA....
