[Resolved]  USHA FOOD PROCESSOR — NOT WORKING PROPERLY

We went to purchase a Double Door Refrigerator at Reliance Digital, seeing the attractive offer we decided to purchase the Food Processor as well so that we can stop using our old Processor. The date we started our Processor the very next day found the same making noise, after logging the complaint at Reliance Helpdesk, the Usha Representative has visited our place and found some rubber belt damaged and was out of stock at their place and promised to came later and was successful in getting the same in three weeks time. After installing the Belt it has worked for nearly two months and then started giving Problem, again the complaint was logged with Reliance Digital and the Usha Representative was at our place with the belt. He got the belt changed and told us that the Problem will keep on repeating. After confirming the same to Reliance People to look into the matter, The Helpdesk People wanted to know the name of the person who has given loose comment but were not ready to depute a Senior Person. After calling them back they told us that we must learn how to operate the Food Processor as the Problem was coming because of mishandling by us.We told them to depute a Person who could witness whether we are using it properly or not. It was informed to us that we need to bear the visit charges of Rs. 350/- though the Processor was under warranty and in case the Problem is with the Processor then we need not pay anything. We are still waiting for the person to turn up as he has not visited in 48 hours as per the commitment given by the Helpdesk People.
