I purchased Usha Lexus Air Cooler on April-22-2011 at PCH Zone Guntur. We noticed the problem with Cooler Pump and made an complaint on 4th of May-2011 on Online. The complaint number: c[protected]. After 2 weeks of Complaint no technician approached us for repairing the cooler. We keep on alerting Usha Lexus Executives daily and PCH zone people but no use.
