I had purchased an electric iron from local retailer as on date-30.12.2011, but just two month of purchasing I have found a fault that is not heating, infect the main fault is not heating
I have usha lexus iron model no-EI/1602, I visit many service center in kolkata for scart but not found at nay your service center..
Please provide a scart at service center as soon as possible.

I have Usha Iron model EI 1602 which was gifted by my Credit&Thrift Society during Oct.2012 i.e.still under warranty. The iron is not working now. Can u pls help me so that it could be replaced by the firm.
