Dear sir/madam,
I have bought my usha lexus water heater on 14/09/2011 from mordern agencies 24/37 Birhana road (near navrang cenima), kanpur-208001. phones [protected],[protected]. I have a problem in my water heater. Its water storage tank has leakage. I have lodged my complaint on 09/10/11 with complaint no C11A0900029 and after that several reminders. I have also contacted service center based in kanpur named 'Friendz Electrical" several times but nobody entertaining and just giving stories.
Serial no of my product is = HP2809RC0215
Pls help me out as I am loosing trust in you company due to bad service.

but no body turned up.Ultimately we called some other electrician n he repaired it.The customer care even cancelled our warranty which
was for 2 yrs n told that since u called up some other electrician u will not be given the benefit.Now this year again we had some problem
regarding the heating and i called up many times but nobody has yet turned up.Kindly look up into the matter.With the model no WHSP2425HP
