Dear Sir,
This is very sorry to say that this was my last time that I bought a Usha Lexus product, I stay at Mehrauli, I bought a Usha Lexus heat Convector model FH 812 T from Hans Electricals 890-A/8 Mehrauli New Delhi -110030 vide cash memo no 1718,Mobile No 9818405484 as on dated 03.01.2010 at 10.30 am but the moment I reached my home and open the carton and put the heat convector on and find that its not working, Immediately I lodged a complaint to Mr. Bal Krishan Hans and he told me that it is not his fault and you directly contact to Usha Lexus Company and he further told me that this complete lot is defected and he already has received 90% complaint from the customers whatever quantity he has sold of these heat convectors, Sir I am regular user of Usha Lexus products, I have a usha cattle ,usha water heater, mixer grinder etc but now tell me in future how can I trust Usha name when I bought a brand new heat convector and it did not work in chilling winters what is the fun to invest the money in your brand when I could not use the product in those chilling days and wasted my time and money too.
Now I am looking forward to you that you will consider my complaint and will give me a solution, even I ready to buy a higher priced model of Heat convector or humidifier, money is not problem, Kindly replace my Heat convector or exchange it with more exclusive heat convector for which I am ready to pay more money but it should not give me any trouble.
