In your opening paragraph you have mentioned that “ This has reference to your complaint letter dated 10/02/2008 addressed to our Chairman UTI AMC LTD on the captioned subject” If you will read my 2 letters dated 10/02/2008 you will agree that they are not complaint letters, and they were not addressed to the Chairman o[censored]TI AMC LTD. However, in case they have caused you ill feeling, please accept my apologies. Vide my letter dated April 18, 2004 I had changed my address from Bandra to Dombivli, and vide my letter dated 6/12/2007 (copy attached) I had changed my address from Dombivli to Mississauga, Canada. I have to state that I have not received any of your letters at the above addresses. Now, my daughter’s CGGF 86 Certificates mentioned under subject above have been converted by you into Bond certificates nos[protected] units) Investor ID No[protected] and Bond certificate No[protected] units) Investor ID No[protected]. I have not received any intimation to that effect from you as per my request for change of address. I fully agree with the observations of the complainant. It is my sad experience regarding the non professional attitude of the authorities in dealing with subscribers' queries/requests. They behave in a very fussy way quoting cumbersome procedure even for change of mailing addres It is very common these days that one is forced to change place of residence very frequently due to various genuine reasons and subsequently request for change in mailing address etc is always treated in very shoddy manner by the officials. In my case, I have been chasing UTI for last one year for change in mailing addess in r/o ARS bonds of CGGF 86 in my name (Investor ID [protected]- SAPANA BHATNAGAR), but in vain. I had sent 5-6 e-mails to UTI on this subject but I am still there where I was one year back. I have yet not received the 1/2 yearly dividend warrant for the period 1-4-08 to[protected]
which seems to have been lost.
They insist that new address be confirmed by bank manager. I wish to say that authorities perhaps are unaware of the latest procedure adopted by banks for opening new accounts every time at new address. If one atleast receives at new address the same may be deposited in existing branch through net banking. IT IS SHAMEFUL

Very interesting thing happened with my daughter`s CGGF Fund 1986. It got converted to ARS bonds without my knowledge. Suddenly I received a cheque (no 300828 dated 04/12/2008) issued in the name of my daughter and addressed to my daughter (without my name in the address) by speed post. The enclosed letter indicated B Id as 420595, Collate ID as[protected]-174296, Investor ID as[protected], Instrument No as[protected] and BPRJ no as 17924447.
I was not knowing that my daughter`s CGGFund got converted to ARS bonds.
NOR was any cheque ever received earlier.
Please let me know what happened to all the previous cheques that were due to my daughter (Sudeshna Das).

But sorry to inform you that UTI Investor Services Limited, Navi Mumbai informed me vide their letter Ref.[protected]-14310 & email dated 4.1.2011- 12.47: 13 IS that CGGF-86/ Unit Cert No. [protected] – 500 + 1586.639 was foreclosed with effect from 1.4.2004 into ARS Bonds Certificate No.42818054 – 230 (Investor ID No.[protected]. Conversion payment details[protected] dated 27.2.2008 for Rs.23616/- MICR 647789 paid on 7th March 2008.
But sorry to say that till date neither I have received MICR 647789 dated 7.3.2008 nor any information from UTI TSL end.
In case you have released cheque vide above said details then please let me know from which bank clearance was made the MICR 647789.
You are, therefore once again requested to kindly release the matured amount cheque o[censored]TI ISL (Investor ID No.[protected] – Bond allotted 203) as per below mentioned details.
