dear sir, i have not get any account statement of me after getting uti mf .Please say me about current account statement of me.

Sir I have paid online the annual instalment for Folio No 51016783730 and the transaction reference no is ULTYA 204011158, but I could not get the receipt, but the amount has been debited from bank account, can u take immediate action please ?

sir,
I submitted my original RBP policy( folio No.514200003442) certificate to update my bank and kyc details afterthat a letter received from karvy hydrabad that unable to updated my policy due to non-tallying my signature .But presently I want to surrender that policy forwhich original certificate is essential as asked by Agartala karvy centre . Hence please help me, what can I do for the same.
