[Resolved] Uti Technology Services Ltd — PAN card not received | |
I am a NRI customer and applied for PAN number thru UTI Technology services ltd in Jan 08. The status on website are - APPLN NUMBER [protected], DESP DATE 23-FEB-2008, DESPATCH MODE BY COURIER The problem is that I haven't received the PAN card as of today i.e. 20th March. I have emailed to [protected]@utitsl.co.in and utitsl.[protected]@utitsl.co.in but they didn't bother to reply back even an acknowledgement. I have also tried the phone number [protected](Pan Queries) . Either the lines are busy or the actual phone number is engaged. I paid Euro 13.00 (approx Rs. 750) for a service that actually cost only Rs.65. I am extremely disappointed to see the poor service and below standard customer care. Would anyone from UTI Technology Service provide an explanation why the PAN card dispatched on 23rd Feb hasn't reached me after one month?? Was this information helpful? | |

This is second time I am compalining, already I have launched complaint on 3/22/2008 regarding that I have not received my Pan Card. But I have not got any feed back from your side. Please take a due care to send me the card through courier I am ready to pay for this service.

I had applied for my pancard on 19th March 2008. But neither i was alloted a PAN nor I received any letter or something about non allotment. When I visited the website and i found that mine PAN allotment was under "PPC objection". As a layman I don't understand the meaning such a phrase. Secondly I don't have a Surname even in my Birth Certificate then from where will I get my surname for my PAN application. Even if I put any Surname i don't have a Proof supporting that Surname. I have a question in my mind that all individuals without a surname won't be alloted a PAN card. Whether there is something like this? The PAN Dept. didn't even had any courtesy to inform me about the non-allotment. Its ridiculous that PAN card is vital for any person in many ways. But why there is such a idiotic system of SURNAME which is Compulsory which every individual should have it. Hope i get a proper replyn from here. Otherwise i can presume that consumer service is not given respect.

sir, saradha is my mom so she applied for pan but she didn't get since one month.
UTI Technology services Ltd — pan card not received even though the pan tracker showing the same has been despatched on the 21st january ' 08
dear sir ,i have applied for the pan card on 14th january'08 with appln no:[protected].
when i go through the pan tracker then i found that my pan card has been despatched on 21st january'08, and my pan card no:AMOPR4606B,but i have not received the same till date .
it is almost one and half months time taken by you to deliver the pan card on my doorstep but you are unable to do this .
pls let me know how much more time is requiere to you for the said purpose.
