UTITSL / Indian Postal Services — PAN Card not received since from almost 4 months.

Hi,
I had applied for PAN card in MAY 2008. I got my PAN number: ABBPI2585G, but have not yet received the PAN card(almost all 4-5 months) inspite of requesting them to dispatch the PAN card for the second time by emailing the scanned copy of the duly signed letter (with the residential address mentioned) to UTITSL organisation. And also inquired several times about the same with the nearby post office. But till now i havent received it.

Kindly have a look into this isssue,

Sir,
I have applied for PAN and my coupon number is 28276139.But still now i didn't receive my PAN but status showing card despatched on 30/08/2008.So please look on to my complaints.
