[Resolved]  UTITSL / Pan — PAN card status not available

I have applied to PAN card on 07/02/2011. My Coupon number is[protected]. Till date i have not receivd the PAN card nor i am able to trace the ststus through internet. It says that no results found. Please Help me with this. can i apply for a new pan card??
