my coupon no is 516061492 and despatch id is 63657010... there is an error in my address it should be PRABHALE NIWAS but it is written as KOPER NIWAS on my pan card please do the necessary changes and reply me as early as possible

I have received my PAN card in 2005 and since then I never checked its correctness online. Only recently I came to know that my first name on the PAN site is shown with my father's first name. Can someone guide me how to proceed further with this correction.
