Subject:- Complaint Regarding Tubewell Connection
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Mangal Singh S/o. Late Sh. Ram Singh R/o, Village & Post Mahepa Jageer, Teshil Sikandrabad, Distt. Bulandshahr U.P.-203205. I have applied on 25/08/2011 for a new tubewell connection of 5HP, with process (NORMAL), which Registration No is- 1578 and Estimated Cost is Rs. 10, 425 (Rupees Ten thousand four hundred twenty five only), which was deposited by me and Received & acknowledge by Mr. Ram Avtar Tyagi, vide slip No.-170154 Dated-10/10/2011 (Copy enclosed) at office of the Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division-IV Noida branch. My tubewell connection had approved, bearing S.C No.671170 (Copy Enclosed) but after that no action was taken by electricity department and despite submitting Job Card & other document (copy Enclosed) to Store Incharge (Mr. Satish), Electricity Department did not issue electricity goods like poll & wire to me. Thereafter I directly met with J.E (Junior Engineer) Mr. Vijay Giri, his response was also unsatisfactory. After visiting lot many times, my problem was not heard by any officer of your department.
Due to this, I am facing inconvenience and suffering losses. So please look after into this matter and resolve my problem and oblige me.
