[Resolved] Vacations Gateway — Fraud Company - Vacations Gateway, never sent the Dell Inspiron 15R Laptop and cheated

Hi Sir/Mam,

This is Shalini from Karnataka. My complaint is against Vacations Gateway Company. I got a call from Vacations Gateway - Abhimanyu [protected] that if i buy 2 packages worth Rs.5949 each (totally Rs.11898) and provide 20 contact numbers of my friends, i will be receiving Dell Inspiron 15R new Laptop within a week to my address. I asked him whether i will be eligible for that or it is an assured gift, he informed its an assured gift. At last i bought 2 vouchers by paying Rs.11898 to them by Net Banking. I received a confirmation mail from them on that day. I asked about the Laptop to Abhimanyu and he informed i will be getting a call from Laptop team on the next day. I called him for a week, daily he used to tell me you will be getting it tomorrow but till date i never got it. After that he stopped responding to mails and calls. I called to Vacations Gateway Customer Care Nos : . They informed me that they will respond to my mails immediately. They informed that the Laptop is just a referral scheme and not a assured gift. I told them that i took the 2 vouchers only because of the laptop so they have to provide me as assured. They are talking rudely and cutting the call. Since then they are not responding to my e-mails and phone calls.

Agaist Dell Company — About Fraudulent

Actually I m complaining about the dell company, a computer based software company, they are making a fraudulent with me. I paid them heavy amount for the warranty extension or for the battery purchase but they are not confirming that my amount is paid or not. I call them on their toll free number[protected] and[protected]. And they don't have any complain cell no. and they are also not giving me any number of their superior also. Thats why i m complainig u about that....because as a news channel u must pay ur aattension hare and its come under ur social responsibility also. So I approched u...now what u think good u can take action. U may contact me any time. And whenever u tell me I will send u the receipt.

I am the student of Maulana Azad national Institute of Technology Bhopal (M.P.)

and want my delivery as soon as possible.
if further u don't respond to me i will take serious action against you by consumer court.
