vacuum cleaner — unsatisfied performance by a product.

we have purchased a vaccum cleaner for almost 6 years but as per guarantee we were not satisfied by its performance.

vacuum cleaner — hose pipe broken

sir,
the upper part of the hose pipe is broken and therefore i cant use any other appliances provided with the vacuum cleaner.
i need your customer care contact no.
plz look into the matter and kindly help us to make our lives a bit hassel-free.

vacuum cleaner — Money Refund

One of your Sales Rep Mr. Manoj Choudhary gave demonstration of Turbu Vac. Cleaner on 21st March 2009 & I have booked one Turbo Vaaccume cleaner. Also Made payment vide Credit card.
But as the M/c which delivered to us on same day was deffective & was not at all getting started after a mere use of around 7 Mins.

Next day M/c was taken back & assured that it will be replaced immediatly.

But no one turned up for a period of 8 days. Meanwhile payment has been taken through credit card without informin to me & also without deliverying product.

They woke up only when i made a call. After that they took 2~ 3 days to talk to me(A poor customer you can say).

As the m/c was not meeting my requirements i have cancelled my order & asked to refund the money along with the intrest.

After that I made a complaint over a phone on[protected] spoke to Executive by name Yogita). She also didnot turned up as usual as promised. Again I made a call& spoke to another gentleman by name Mr. Kakkad on[protected].

Again i got a promise that issue will solved before noon of[protected]. But till this time i didnot got any response.

So thought ot writing once before proceeding to consumer forum.

Hope you will not allow me to take that extreme step.

vacuum cleaner — Original Invoice not received evn after 06 Months.

We have received Vaccum Cleaner vide Order form cum receipt no[protected] & receipt no 033278.
css code : 9003052(Mr. Kisan Kakad) . This guy is very very irresponsible fellow . We have received our product in May 2009 but till date we have not received any Invoice for the same.
We are reminding him each and every date now his cell is also not working.
He is here or u have transfer him to any other island because of his behaviour , pl help us. Pl send us the invouce copy at the earliest.

your customer sales specialist Mr.badrinath kulkarni took my vacuum cleaner machine on 12'th June 2011.
he told me that it is for free servicing and within 2-3 days i return machine. but he not return it yet no response from him when i make call to him.
i request you to kindly handle this matter and return my machine.
please reply me fast.
