On May 16th a eureka forbes salesman visited our place to demonstrate the x force vacuum cleaner . We fell for his tall claims and booked it by paying a cheque for rs 7990-he gave a discount of rs 500 for our old vc.The new vc was delivered the next day .But meanwhile he took our old vacuum cleaner - a euroclean jet saying he would get it repaired and serviced as it needed some minor repairs only. I had agreed to give him another old vc which i possess for this buyback scheme.From May 17th onwards i am following up the fate of my eurojet vc but no proper response. Only evasive answers by the concerned salesman J.Srinivasan who is salesmanager it seems of the EF Burkit rd brancg in T nagar chennai.Besides this i havent received a receipt for the purchase of my new eureka forbes product.Also a product demo to tell us the features of the new product has not been done so far.I did register a complaint with their euro helpline but no use . I havent got my problem solved as yet. I am wondering hoow to get my machine back from the errant sales guys. My mob no is [protected] and e mail is [protected]@yahoo.com.
