[Resolved] value4rupees — unauthorised payment debited | |||
I have gone for a transaction with (Value4rupee) india darshan, for Rs. 5,500/- on 1st of Nov-2011, again I have got call 8 of Nov-2011 asking me to again provide OTP. I have denied for the same. The person forced to tell one time password, said that this is the conformation for earlier transaction done on 1st of Nov-2011. Now again on 10th Nov-2011 they have been debited Rs. 5,500/- in my account, which I did not give any authorization to debit my amount. My mobile no is [protected]. Now they have booked 2 times My name ( A.Murugesan)and my wife name M.Pushpa). I asked to them to cancel the second time transaction, but they are delaying and we are not received payment so we cannot cancel the transaction like. already Rs. 11000/- has been debited from my credit card ( card no: [protected])by cellnext solutions. Many time i have spoken to customer care Mr. priyan but they are not responding Ph no: [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||

As all o[censored]s are having credit cards and getting such type of calls are usual.
My a simple but very useful advice to all of you is:
Never use following words while attending such type of calls : """O.K., YES, I WILL, or any signal of conformation"
Preferred to use " I am not getting, No, I cann't etc"
