Today i received a call from delhi and saying that we are calling from promotional department and u r selected because of your good payment record o[censored]r ICICI card and also it was recommended by CIBIL. They told us that we are giving you so much of offers as promotional offers and u will received a complete package of your gifts and other vouchers in 7 days time and you would not have to pay anything for these offers. But i wondered and kept on asking from which bank / company it's is offered. But they r not telling that and kept on briefing me about the offers which are not at all useful for any person. And they forced to attend the next call which will be automated voice recorded call and from where they will charge from credit card. it asked me to pay Rs 5999 and selected the not interested option and that call was disconnected. Again they started calling me and asked why u have disconnected and we will explain ur doubts. But i said i wont accept without verifying the offering bank / company , then after so much of questions they told that it was from India darshan and he gave the line to other person who kept on explaining and after so much of refusal he started arguing me as " sir this is not any marketing call and u now tell me do u want this or not". i told him sir that is what i told u earlier and i rejected your call at first time but you only keep on calling me and wasting my time. then he started in different tone and used some abuse words which was unbearable. Hi I agree to your statement and am also a victim of this call and now am not able to Cancel the offer. Please do reply anyone.

I received a call from you on dated 30th Aug 11.00am and saying that we are calling from value 4 Rupees and u r selected because of your good payment record of your SBI credit card and also it was recommended to give Reebok shoose, Reebok watch & gift shopping vouchers of Rs. 25600. Witch is use in Big Bazar, Loot, Adidas & pantloon showrooms.
They told me that we are giving you so much of offers as promotional offers and you will received a complete package of your gifts in 7 days time and you would to pay Rs.2999 for these offers. But I wondered and kept on asking from which bank / company it's is offered. But they retelling that this offer is given by value 4 rupees and kept on briefing me about the offers which are not for all persons. And they recomand to attend the next call and from where they will charge from credit card. it asked me to pay Rs 2999. Then they told we will explain your doubts. Then after so much of questions they told that the gift vouchers of Rs. 25600 is shopping vouchers .Then I place the Order & recived on dated 13th Sept. But the gift voucher is from Bharat Darshan Holiday Package. After reciving parcel I mailed to value 4 rupees & ur executive told me it is surprise voucher you get. As per telephonic discussion I want to get shopping vouchers from you. Look in this matter & solve as early as possible otherwise I have to go with consumer forum.

These India darshan value4money guys are now trying a new trick . They call it as a W card and are proclaiming it to be a government venture . They are telling that the W card will give you 30% discounts in all that you buy using your Credit card.
I got this call today only but because of my habit of researching before making any payments I didn’t opted for it.

today i received call and they said we giving gold card because of very good credit card track record. Benefit of card is 30% FLAT discount through out all retail outlet including Jewelry except petrol bunk.I had a doubt so i asked GRT jewellery are they offering 30% discount he said yes. and i continued to talk retail shop are they aware of this card he said yes. There is only one time govt fee of RS 4500 I said ok. Then said you have send a message OTP and Ur card last four digit to 5676791 then you will receive password. i Did and received password In between time I called familiar retail outlet they said no such card was introduced in market. then second level call came i not picked my phone later sales people called I scolded and used all bad words. Then he said some one attend guided wrongly only few outlet only tied up that 10 to 15% discount all are waste outlet.
After scolding only i feel relaxed.
Those people they are not giving time to think within few minutes they are taking into next level.
Banking ombudsman and government need to restrict these kind of fraud advertising company. and fraud websites..
I asked company website they said VALUE4MONEY but need to change company name to FRAUD4MONEY...

I am from Gujarat, I got call from India Darshan and they told me that you are regular customer of SBI CC, so we are giving you free card and they told me to do some process for card. They have told me to do sms and I did. After call finished I got sms that 4000 rs debited from SBI card. I called them and ask them to cancel the service. But they deny to cancel. I dont want this type of card and I want revert back my money. Can anyone help me out for this issue??

Dear Victims,
There is no use of registering our stories in this web site. Instead if they let us know the Police authorities for lodging this complaint, it will be useful. In Police there is a cyber crime department which is supposed to take action on such fake companies. My basic doubt is how did they get our mobile numbers. In connivance with the Credit card departments, they get our details. Then they try to fool us. If all of you are willing we can lodge a complaint with the cyber crime department. I shall be doing it.

Today I got call from the same company stating aaa consultancy and they are from delhi and they told my name ICICI bank details and my address also correctly.
I dont know how they get these information and that guy told I LL be receiving a polo wrist watch worth 3000/- And 30000/- Travel vouchers but inturn I need to get their discount card and can be activated by sending a message to my bank from my mobile with iotp last 4 digits of my credit card.
But I dint accept for that and cut the call and checked in net iotp is for making transaction through ivr over the phone.
Thank god I thinked twice and saved my money.
Called the bank people and they had registered a complain and they told thats a fraud company and we shouldnt share any of our details with unknown persons.
Please be careful of these kind of fraud calls.

On 19th August 2012 I got call from numbers [protected]/[protected] claiming to call from SBI card & they gave me all the details of my card.
He offered me new discount card as a complimentary card from sbi card and said that i will get discount from 30% to 40% on usage of this cards at Big Bazar and many more stores. He said there would be no charges for the same and the facility will be provided absolutely free of cost.He asked me to punch in all my details.
Within few seconds I received a message on my mobile that "transaction of Rs 5799.00 made on sbi credit card through "SENATOR INTERNATIONAL". I called SBI immediately and requested them to stop the payment as it was an misuse of my card.As it was sunday I could not get in touch with any of the rep's. After repeated calls for about 3 hours I was able to block the card.Meanwhile I went to the police station to lodge my complain, they forwarded this to the cyber police cell and requested me to block my card.
I went to the main branch of SBI at Koti and no one from the credit card department was available.
I therefore request you to look into this matter and take necessary action against " SENATOR INTERNATIONAL" and refund my amount misused.

for any credit card purchase you show this card retailer will give discount up to 20 % to 50 %.
suddenly he came to the climax i need to verify your card tell me your last four digits of my card and expiry dates.
i know very well that is fake, am not given any information. i ask them to call later.
then i came and browsed regarding discount card, result was shocking, after getting our four digit credit card nos and expiry dates, with an hour the balance amt of the card will deducted.
Next day the same persons call me, i blasted like any thing i infom that your location has been traced you will be caught with in two hrs, after that he suddenly disconnected the call.
so i Request all to don't Attn this types of calls they are frauds.

FUN CINEMA, Moti Nagar — Over charging
I have visited with my family to see a movie in Fun Cinema, Moti Nagar on 12.07.2009. I have bought four tickets for Gold section, they have issued gold ticket with seat no.G-9 to G-12. But it is very surprisingly, when we enter the hall no.2 we find that the seats which were alloted to us are actually belong to Silver section. When I complaint about this, the gentlyman on duty stated that they have converted part of silver section into gold. I don't whether they have taken the prior approval of the concern depatment or not and also they have not put any notice in this regard. You are requested to kindly verify this.Thanks
