[Resolved]  Varun Gas Service — DELAY IN DELIVERY OF FILLED IN CYLINDER

Sir,
I have received the filled in cylinder for December and January in SIX and NINE days after booking.On 03.02.2010, I have booked for a refill Cylinder.But till date,i.e.10.02.2010 no delivery of the filled in Cylinder has taken place.The booking reference is 586254.
Please do something to avoid such type of delay in delivery.

varun gas service — Delay in filling the cylinder

My Bharat Gas Consumer No. is 13097. I had booked the same through online first on dated 23.12.2009 (booking reference no. 464316), and again on dated 29.12.2009 (booking reference no. 474353) but till today this time (31.12.2009 3.50 pm), I have not recived the same. I have noted that my gas agency i.e. Varun Gas Services always delayed the delivery and I am not satisfied with their services.

I have tried to call their staff so many times but no luck. Phone was continuously busy. I seem that this is a practice of Varun Gas Agency.


Please do the needful...

varun gas service — Gas Very Delay on Delivery and theft as well

Dear Sir,

I am Ishwar Chand Bhatia My Gas booking no. AG-7430, I have booked a gas from 24th Feb but to till I didn't received gas.

I have ask the member of this agency he replied gas will reach 1-2 days more. I have a big family most of all we received gas 10-15 days after booked gas and lot of problem create when we use gas some times back our gas finished till 30 days but from 5-6 month gas finished till 20 days. Lot of customer make a complaint on their office but they doesn't care to anybody. If we complaint him then they replied we will not deliver your gas whether you make a complaint our.

Tell us sir, what should I do? Kindly look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible.

varun gas service — Non delivery of LPG cylinder

I had placed an order on Bharat Gas website with ref no. 633761 on 11 Feb 2010 but till date i have not received the LPG cylinder. I have been constantly trying Varus Gas Service Tel no. 29965383 & 29965237 but could not get through.
Dear Sir,

My complaint is against (Hari Singh and office staff of Varun gas Agency, Khanpur). My Consumer No. is 21077. I have booked my cylinder on 17/09/2011.But agency has not delivered my cylinder till now. I contacted to Varun gas Agency staffs to know about the status of my booked cylinder. But they did not care of my complaint. I have tried many times on phone for delivery of cylinder but they did not answer. So I am facing many troubles .Hari Singh named supplier of Varun gas Agency supplies the cylinder. When I contact to this person about cylinder, he says that if you have more need of cylinder, pick up from the store. Neither will I deliver this cylinder after the completion of a week. I am facing this problem for a long time.

So, please take any strict action against this person to solve my problem as soon as possible.
