[Resolved]  Vashi Central — Altered Kurta went missing

On 30th Jan 2011, we got 2 kurtas from Vashi Central during SALE period; later which we submitted for alteration. Due to Sale there was Heavy rush, they asked to collect the Kurta next day after 5 pm.
Next day Monday i went at 7 and there was only one Kurta handed over to me; the second kurta was missing. They kept searching and asked me to return next day.
Next day Tuesday again i went and the Kurta was still missing; they wrote the compaint number and promised to courier the Kurta (if found) by next Monday or else will call and inform us.
We waited till next monday, there was no call from the store to inform us if kurta has been found or not.Again i called up; they informed us the mobile number went missing and the kurta is not yet found.
In that case they asked us to come and collect the money of the lost kurta.
This would be 3rd time I would be travelling to vashi central and i stay opposite direction to the store. Even i spend much money in travelling to and fro for the kurta although there is not my mistake at all.

Vashi Central should take care about all this things; people come from where and all for purchsing to there store and if this is the kind of Service they will provide us; i will suggest my friends and relatives not to shop from Vashi Central.
