Charging vat on cloths

The central stores at raghuleela mall, vashi is charging vat extra with the bill especially with the discounted merchants. The label on every cloth clearly says it includes all taxes. On the mrp they give certain percentage discount, then they charge vat extra which is unethical. It is the form of cheating the customer. When i complained at counter they says if the discounted rate is till 10% they dont charge vat otherwise they charge vat....

Altered Kurta went missing

On 30th Jan 2011, we got 2 kurtas from Vashi Central during SALE period; later which we submitted for alteration. Due to Sale there was Heavy rush, they asked to collect the Kurta next day after 5 pm.
Next day Monday i went at 7 and there was only one Kurta handed over to me; the second kurta was missing. They kept searching and asked me to return next day.
Next day Tuesday again i went and the Kurta was still missing; they...

Not exchanging faulty Clothes

Sir/Madam,

I had bought a dress (Kurta, Pajama and duppata) from central on 14th Nov 2010 for Rs 2100/-.
When I ironed it the colour of kurta got changed (faded). When I went to the customer helpdesk with my complain they are not ready to exchange the faulty product.
They called me thrice for the same complain and central is far from my place. Still that dress is with them.
