[Resolved] Ventura Securities Ltd. — misrepresenting, misguiding, misconduct, cheating, & fraud | |
i am chirag gupta client of Ventura security ltd. (SEBI REG. NO.- INB[protected], DP ID- IN 303116) with client id – 90190097. I have a online trading a/c with ventura. On date 20.10.08 I have requested to ventura to close my online a/c. They give me reply by phone that they have closed my online trading a/c on temporary basis they will deduct Rs.150 for that and their will not further charges for restart my a/c . I can restart my trading a/c any time. Now I request them to restart my a/c but they give me reply that a/c is already activated (means they never closed my a/c) and they charged Rs. 2250 as three quarter charges without giving me any information about charges and they also not sent me any a/c statement between that period. They also said that they don’t have any process of temporary close to a/c. I also complaint on their complaint porter but I have not recived any satisfactory reply. plz remove all charges as soon as possible. Have you complained with the SEBI at www.scores.gov.in . I have taken the case of various issues of Ventura regarding its Pointer and their contract note and their customer service. I have been summoned by IGRP (Investor Grievance Redressal Panel) of NSE to discuss the same. Hi ,iopend a a/c with them id is 92230588. before opining a/c they told me that they have aplan of 5000 inwhich broakrage is 1paisa and 10 paisa or 18 per loat. After opening a/c when i cheked documents they are differents . when i asked the excutive they told me another things .Please bewere them .
