HP Laserjet M1522nf — Very Poor Service in Rectifying Fault

Our Printer/Scanner/Fax (all-in-one) machine HP Laser Jet M1522nf is out of order since December 19, 2008.

We had registered a complaint vide no.[protected] on December 19, 2008. Despite several calls to customer care of HP, emails and also calls to the engineer referred by the HP customer care department. Till date our complaint not attended, neither they are responding our emails.

We request you to kindly take the necessary steps to rectify our fault as soon as possible.

i had spoke to the customer care executive about the Laserjetfax M1522nf, fax not reciveing she had given all the setting information but, it is not working please give the solution fo rthis

I want register a complaint for my HP Laserjet M1522nf printer. I can only use it for printing purpose
the Scanner & copier is not working in it.plz tell how to overcome this problem the display is only showing " Doc Feeder Jam"
