[Resolved]  VFS Mumbai — cheating my wife

on 5th October when we reached VFS my wife (handicapped)was asked to buy coupon for refreshment ..our interview time was at 7.30 a.m. I reached the VFS premises at 7.20 a.m. and went to park my vehicle.when I'd returned the attendent has already cheated my wife taking away crsp 5000/-rupees bank note (my wife naively gave it way thinking it as a 1000 rupee note..before taking us to the Consular someone came into the Bus and took away a portion of it..inspite we didn't use it!!!!!before dropping us at the consulate..when I returned home next day early morning I'd asked my wife about the money and she said that she has given the money by mistake and next day being holiday I could not do anything on Friday morning I'd informed this in the form of complaint to one Preety Shah and she said that the matter will be forwarded to respective authority.Today being Saturday I can't go to VFS hence emailing this complaint through this form..

1st and foremost she had 2 letters of mine and hers the attendant must have talked to me instead of her ..when she/he saw those letter the time7.30 a.m. there was np need of a coupon as if the amount Rs387x2=Rs.774 was paid in the office on the day of submission why they have forced my wife to take the refreshment coupon when we didn't needed it? asif early morning the people are having the anxiety of the interview and sleepiy..The attendant is smart rather con and cheated my wife..the authorities must return this money or else I am going to the local police of that area and lodgin a complaint if they call me and return the money no hassels.my cel no is [protected] if you are calling from Mumbai no need of prenumbers 0091..I very strongly believe in this form and expect the VFS to return the money and take whatever action on their employee..sooner is always better...I ain't leaving Mumbai without handling this scenario with proper authorities.

also I want to alert people going to VFS to be careful when they handover money to check the crspy notes which is usually stuck to each other when u get from the bank. this sounds stupid but the truth has to be shared with all for a proper justice..
