[Resolved] Vibes — The worst service / irresponsible answers / least bothered about clients importance and time | |||
Complaint about service : I have paid for laser face hair removal,i called vibes reception for apponitment, they kept me postponing til 2 weeks saying that machine is not available at their place and i have to go to sadasiv nagar.Finally i agreed and i was taken by a lady for first session while returning i came wth my conveyance.They told this wont happen next time. For second session i called for appointment.They told still machine is not there in thippsandra branch and they wil call me.After one week same lady fix the appointment as i told that im going out of station and wont be available.When i went on appointment day, she was nt available and kept me waitin, the receptionist dint have any updates regarding the session.Finaly they told that its postponed and come after few days. This is the bad service which Vibes(Thippsandra branch) provide.We are not treated as customers as we have to go behind vibes people so that we cn do for what we paid. When they take money from us, they treat in different way, when service required we have run behind them ,they dont update the status also by sms or call . Was this information helpful? | |||

Vibes — bad service
As i told u...der s very bad service in vibes especially in kormangala branch they r nt taking much care about customers. once we paid the full amount for the treatment then they wont care about customers. we hav to wait more then 2 hours to get service and they will just serve service for the sake of money only
