Videocon D2H — mnp porting not successful...

i dont have any more of peasant in me, my mnp requeat request is not yet succesful of my number of aircel is ported from aircel but its taking more than 7 days from videocon galary, i have submited my documents on
22nd jan 2011...today is 9th feb
i been told by the videocon galary it will be succesful today but it is not happening
im lossing interset in videcon service it is so bad.

place of submission of documents is in hiranandani gardens powai mumbai -76
in haiko mall in planet m retail ltd.
plzz look into this matter
