Complain no : IDRM[protected] Poor response from VIEWSONIC side. Also wrote the below attached mail to the mention company. Received no response. Required your help in getting my issue of TFT resolved ASAP. Mail wrote to VIEWSONIC customer care: ESCLATION !!! This is regards RT CALL ID : IDRM[protected]. The above mention call had been logged on 30th June 2009 and still waiting for the same to get resolved I am following up with your various customer care executive on daily basis but there is no progress from your side. “Part not available" is the only reply received from your side till date. The hight of irresponsibility was today when I called up your customer care no. Mr. Vineet replied stating that the part is been received & the same had been already send to RT Outsourcing (vendor) for getting the same replaced with the faulty once. Then I call RT outsourcing I got the reply that they have not received any part from View Sonic. Then i again called your customer care I received a different reply that “ The part is still not available”. Its very surprising that a company like View Sonic does not have a part of monitor in spare. Non availability of the part in spare is tolerable but getting the part is taking more than 10 - 12 working days is really more pathetic. Company like View Sonic marketing & selling there product world wide but does not keep the spare available due to which customer are suffering. Even for any small issue also the call remain pending for more than 10 to 15 days and even more. VERY VERY POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE. Awaiting for a reply ASAP & also to get my LCD monitor repaired or if part is still not available give me the replacement at the earliest. I purchased a TFT monitor on 26/03/09
The Day I purchased its not working fine.
I tried to contact company Head as well but he denied to replace the monitor.
There is a pixel issue in TFT monitor.
Please guide me how can I get it replaced ?

Hi,I purchased a TFT monitor on 14th April, 2008.
The Day I purchased its not working fine.
I tried to contact company Head as well but he denied to replace the monitor.
There is a pixel issue in TFT monitor.
